Proxcy Project Management (PPM)
When implementing new applications and technologies across multiple sites, whether its within one country or across multiple countries, there are certain infrastructure systems that need to be put into place to implement, support and maintain Proxcy services and methodologies. PPM is a collection of independent projects designed to do just this as well as to consolidate tasks that are repeatable for each site. PPM projects are intended to reduce repeated work, take enterprise ownership of integration efforts and review/build the required infrastructure systems needed to roll out and manage new technologies and applications.
